Guide
How to Measure Yourself
Grab a soft measuring tape and a friend if you can — six numbers are all we need. Measure over a well-fitted shirt, not bulky clothing.
Collar
Wrap the tape around the base of your neck, where a shirt collar would sit. Keep one finger between the tape and your neck for comfort.
Shoulder
Measure straight across your back from the edge of one shoulder bone to the other.
Chest
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms and across the shoulder blades. Keep the tape level and snug, not tight.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline — roughly level with your belly button — without pulling the tape tight.
Sleeve
With your arm slightly bent, measure from the edge of your shoulder, over the elbow, to your wrist bone.
Length
Measure from the base of your neck (back) straight down to where you'd like the sherwani to end — typically mid-calf.
